….Once upon time in the Middle-East…

Chinese Hero Master Sergeant Guaï-Lo Moloï needed extremely safe and effective half-robotic armor. After many battles he was hurt so much that he lost his legs, but he heard about Steel Walls.

Steel Walls aren’t legend. They are real, powerful, tough and extremely deadly for enemies.

Their half-robotic bodies makes them very hard to kill, allowing them to gain incredible combat experience. Master Sergeant Guaï-Lo Moloï decided to join and became one of the most famous Steel Guard. He is encased in a dedicated Steel Guard armor, he has seen action in every part of the World. His armor has been heavily modified to his specifications, making him a fearsome sight on the battlefield.

Uzbrojenie: Cztery RPG Grenate Rockets, które ma zamontowane na górze płyt pancernych. Oba manipulatory przenoszą uzbrojenie. Jeden ma miotacz płomieni, drugi jest wyposażony w klasyczny Autogun.

Jego pancerz posiada zmodyfikowany system nośny, dlatego jednostka wykorzystuje zdolność Move and Fire, to jest ogromna przewaga na polu bitwy. Uzbrojenie to pancerz Steel Guards, który zapewnia obronę wszystkich trafień na znaku frakcji i znaku tarczy (Cover Save). Dodatkowo Steel Guards posiadają Damage Resilient.

[ezcol_1half_end]Guai-Lo armor is based on standard solution but several elements are added.

First of all Weapons: Four RPG Grenate Rockets mounted on top of armor plate. Moreover dedicated combination of hand weapons; One hand with Flame with huge fuel tank on back.  Second with classic Autogun.

Modified drive system of legs gives him opportunity to Move and Fire, huge advantage vs. opponents.  Armor of Steel Guards provides so huge protection that all of them have Cover Save always and Damage Resilient ability for each hits.

In-the-box

[ezcol_1half]Guai-Lo zamówił swój pancerz w słynnej fabryce Dust Studio. Dust Studio dostarczyła bardzo prosty do montażu zestaw. Miałem szansę i wyróżnienie dostać zestaw jeszcze bez oficjalnego pudełka. Wygląda jak prototypowy zestaw. Oto, co znalazłem w pudełku.

• Wypraska plastikowych części, która zawiera elementy kadłuba, manipulatory, rakiety i uzbrojenie. Doskonała jakość odlewu i tworzywa. Takiej jakości nie powstydziła się żadna firma produkująca high-end’owe modele do sklejania (Dust Studio zmierza w dobrą stronę).
• Torebka plastikowych części, z których zmontujesz nogi i  pancerze. Widać, że stosowane są różnokolorowe tworzywa. Jednak wykonanie trzyma jakość.
• Torebka z elementami z przeźroczystego tworzywa; lampy oraz elementy dymów, które służą do montażu rakiet w trakcie wystrzału.
• Ostatnia torebka zawiera kabel do połączenia zbiornika paliwa z miotaczem płomieni.

Zestawy niezłożone zawsze mają bonus. Tym razem jest to kalkomania dla frakcji SSU. Nie mam instrukcji, ale jestem przekonany, że będzie podobna do tej , którą znalazłem i opisałem w zestawie Steel Walls unboxing. [/ezcol_1half]

[ezcol_1half_end]Guai-Lo ordered his armor in famous factory which is called Dust Studio. Dust Studio provided set which is easy to assembly. I had a chance and distinction to see early production version without manual and dedicated box (Is it still Inboxing?). Take a look, what I have found inside.

• Sprue of injection molded parts which includes body, rockets, hands and weapons. Quality really amazing. This kind of set could be sell without any issue by best in class model producer (which in fact Dust Studio is now IMO).
• Bag of plastic parts which consist of legs, model basis, front and hand armor. Elements are produced from different color plastic but still quality comparable to the sprue.
• Bag with transparent plastic elements; lamps and smokes which could be used to apply shooting rockets.
  
• Bag with cable to connect flame and fuel tank.

Unassembled sets used to have some bonus. This time it’s very useful for SSU fans and players sheet of SSU decals. I haven’t manual so can say nothing about this. Maybe one comments, I would expect manual very similar to that one described in Steel Walls unboxing.[/ezcol_1half_end]

Summary

[ezcol_1half]Generalnie lubię styl Steel Guards ale ten model jest absolutnie doskonały.  Jego zdolności i unikalność na polu bitwy to jedno.  Z drugiej strony muszę przyznać, że jakość wykonania model jest znowu lepsza. Sądzę, że może być popularny wśród fanów Dust1947, ale również wsród innych modelarzy i malarzy modeli SF.

Mam nadzieję, że model będzie wkrótce dostępny w sprzedaży. To już jest pytanie do Dust Studio, kiedy go wypuszczą na rynek. Póki co, tylko wersje primed i premium są na rynku. [/ezcol_1half]

[ezcol_1half_end]I like Steel Guards but that one is absolutely gorgeous. I like a lot style, abilities and that this unit will be unique in armies. On the another hand I have to say that it’s truly high end quality of production. It should be very popular among Dust fans and any other SF modelers or painters.

I look forward to see this set available for sale. To be honest I don’t know when it happen. This is the question to Dust Studio. So far only primed and premium versions are available.[/ezcol_1half_end]
